This is a multi-type machine capable of casting various materials, from copper alloys, silver, and gold to stainless steel and platinum, all in one unit. With a powerful pressure of 5 MPa and a mold rotation mechanism, metal flows into every detail, reducing the risk of casting defects. ■ Pressure Speed Switch ■ By adjusting the pressure speed, appropriate parameter adjustments can be made for both fine and thick items. ■ Manual / Automatic Switch ■ In 'Manual' mode, intuitive casting can be performed using experience. In 'Automatic' mode, after reaching the set temperature, it automatically pours, applies pressure, and releases pressure. When smoke is generated during melting and measurement with an infrared thermometer is not possible, the 'Timer Automatic' option can be selected to set a timer for the time after complete melting. ■ Easy-to-Clean Design ■ A dust collector is installed to easily recover any spilled metal within the chamber. Additionally, an air gun is included with the main unit for convenient cleaning of the crucible.
